Monthly Call
A 45-60 minute Zoom call once a month, where we pray, journal, meditate, and more to regulate our nervous systems.

Weekly Journaling Kits
Each kit helps create a holistic journaling experience, filled with prompts, affirmations, reflection questions, songs, and images.

Optional One-on-One Journaling Support
Open to The Soft Place members only, you can book time to help you overcome any barriers to journaling, figure out new ideas or rhythms to journaling, or to simply journal together!
Who is The Soft Place for?
All will be welcomed in this space, but it's specifically designed for Christian women of color who are in various places in their spiritual journey—new believers, seasoned saints, deconstructing/unpacking seekers, dark night of the soul wanderers, millennials, Gen X, orthodox, protestant, and more are welcome here.
This is a Christian space, so references to God, Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit, and the Bible will be made. I use the pronouns He/Him when referring to God, but I don't demand that you do too (and again, this space isn't for theological debates. I recommend seeking wise counsel and spiritual direction for unpacking deconstruction-type questions.)
